Thank you for preordering with Emberdusk Cards & Games! Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming products before their official release or availability.
Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout when you place a preorder. Your order confirmation serves as acknowledgment that your preorder has been received.
Release Dates and Availability
All release dates and estimated arrival dates are subject to change. Manufacturers, publishers, and distributors may delay releases, change allocations, or cancel products.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill preorders as inventory becomes available. Placing a preorder does not guarantee fulfillment if our supplier reduces or cancels our allocation.
If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will issue a refund for the affected item or order.
Shipping and Combined Orders
All items in an order ship together once every item is available.
If your order contains both in-stock merchandise and preorder products, in-stock items will not ship separately. All items will be held until every preorder is available and the entire order is ready for shipment.
If you would like in-stock merchandise shipped sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
If an order contains multiple preorder products with different release dates, the entire order will be held until the last item becomes available.
Release dates are estimates and may change.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund without a cancellation or processing fee.
After 48 hours, voluntary cancellation requests will be reviewed individually and may be declined.
The 48-hour cancellation window does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights arising from shipping delays or failure to fulfill an order.
Orders Containing Both Preorder and In-Stock Merchandise
Cancellation requests involving mixed orders will be reviewed according to the applicable cancellation terms for each item.
Cancellation of a preorder item does not automatically cancel other merchandise in the same order.
Any approved partial cancellation may require adjustments to shipping charges or other order details, which will be communicated before the change is finalized.
Please contact Emberdusk Cards & Games before requesting changes to an order containing both preorder and in-stock merchandise.

Delays, Cancellations, and Refunds
If a product is canceled by its manufacturer or distributor, or Emberdusk Cards & Games cannot fulfill your preorder, we will provide a refund for the unfulfilled merchandise without a cancellation fee.
If a release is significantly delayed, please contact us to discuss available options.
When an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide delay notices and cancellation or refund options as required by law.
Applicable consumer protection laws and payment processing requirements will always take precedence over this policy.
Order Fulfillment
Preorders are shipped after inventory has been received, verified, and prepared for fulfillment.
An estimated release date is not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date.
When an order contains multiple items, fulfillment will begin once all items are available, subject to applicable shipping requirements and any changes agreed upon with the customer.
