How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days after payment. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays, and big release weeks can take a little longer. If there's a real delay, we'll email you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We mostly use USPS.

• $1.49 Standard Envelope (untracked): for orders of only singles, up to 12 cards and $20 or less. It usually takes 5–8 business days.
• Tracked shipping: about 3–5 business days. Priority Mail is offered when it's available.
• Free tracked shipping on U.S. singles orders of $75 or more.

Do you combine orders?

Everything in one order ships together. If your order has a preorder in it, the whole order waits until every item is ready. If you want your in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

How do preorders work?

Preorder items have a "PREORDER — Expected Release" banner with the expected release date. You pay in full at checkout. Release dates come from the publisher and can change. You can cancel an unshipped preorder within 48 hours of buying for a full refund. If we can't get your item because of a manufacturer cancellation or a short allocation, we'll refund it. What condition are the singles in?

Every single is checked and listed by condition, so pick the condition and printing you want before you buy. Unless the listing says otherwise, the photos are stock images, and small wear can vary within the listed condition.

Something's out of stock. Can I be told when it's back?

Yes! Click Notify me on the product page and we'll email you when it's back in stock.

What's your return policy?

Because card values change and sealed product can be tampered with, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing something, email sales@emberdusk.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement, the missing item, or a refund. If a package is lost or marked delivered but you can't find it, email us too and we'll help.

Is there a discount for signing up?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Emberdusk gift cards come in $10, $25, $50 and $100 and are delivered by email with a code to use at checkout. They never expire. Get one here.
